Who we are
Welcome to Legacy Farm Christmas Trees, formerly known as Fruit Crest Orchard, when Lisa’s grandparents purchased the farm for $20,000, each thinking the other wanted the farm, when neither desired farming. When Lisa was born, she resided on Green Bluff spending most of her days working alongside her grandparents, whether as a child playing in a apple bin used as a playpen, to later helping the customer barn. Lisa grew to know and love every foot of the farm and happily decided to share with her husband, Mike, when they married, residing at the back of the property raising their three children. After the death of her grandparents, whose only request was that the farm stay in the family they left it to Lisa to continue the dreams.
In 2006, Mike and Lisa had dreams of what to do with the farm and with Lisa’s love for all things Christmas, so they began planting thousands of Christmas Trees. It has always been their goal to create a destination where families could build traditions with their family with the Christmas magic. Over the years Mike’s love for vintage trucks began with “Annabelle”, a 1936 Chevy flatbed who has lived its entire life on Green Bluff, followed by “Willard”, rescued from a scrapers auction, and finally “Annie”, originally from Anacortes and named after the well-known women who first founded the town. Later, they acquired “Dolly” who sits proudly at the entrance to the farm.
Our Legacy is Your Tradition has been the mantra for decades, and all of us at Legacy Farm Christmas Trees wish your experience to reflect the joy, hope, love, and some magic of learning the farm that we share with all of you.
